When you fill out a form on our site, we collect the information you provide voluntarily, including: your name, email address, phone number, mailing/property address, mortgage servicer name, loan type, foreclosure status, and any other answers you provide in our 22-question intake form. We also automatically collect standard web analytics data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring URL) via cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information solely to (1) build your free Loan Mod Package and 1 Page using AI, (2) schedule and prepare for your 30-minute call, (3) deliver the free coaching webinars and email/SMS resources you've requested, (4) respond to questions you send via email or text, and (5) improve our services over time.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Your information is shared only with: (a) Chris Curry directly; (b) the AI software that builds your package; (c) GoHighLevel, our CRM and SMS provider, under their standard data agreement; (d) legal authorities if required by law.
We retain your contact information and intake form responses for as long as you remain in active communication with us, plus 12 months after our last interaction. After that period, we anonymize the data for product improvement purposes and delete the personally identifiable portion. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing chris@honestforeclosure.com.
You have the right to: (1) access the personal information we hold about you, (2) request correction of inaccurate information, (3) request deletion of your information, (4) opt out of any future marketing communications, (5) port your data to another service. We will respond within 30 days.
By submitting your phone number through any form on our site, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us related to your foreclosure case, your scheduled call, and your free coaching access. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out permanently. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS — only operational messages tied to your active case.
Florida is a two-party consent state for call recording. By booking a 30-minute call with Chris through our calendar, you consent to the recording of that call for quality assurance and training purposes. The recording is retained for 12 months and then deleted. You may opt out of recording at the start of the call by simply saying so — we will turn the recorder off immediately and continue the call.
We use cookies to maintain your session, track conversion events for paid advertising, and improve site performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly without them.
Honest Foreclosure provides free educational content, foreclosure-defense templates, AI-built loan modification packages, 30-minute consultations with Chris Curry, weekly group coaching webinars, and 24-hour email/text response — all at no cost to the homeowner. The only paid relationship that may arise is the standard real estate commission if you choose Chris's separately operated brokerage as your listing agent. Such commission is paid at closing only, never up front, and is fully optional.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honest Foreclosure, Chris Curry, and any affiliated entities are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our maximum liability for any direct damages is limited to $100, except where prohibited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Denver County, Colorado, unless prohibited by your state's consumer protection laws.
We may update these terms periodically. The Last Updated date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated via email to active users. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
